Julaine Smith, CPA is co-Founder and Managing Member of Ametra and also Founder of the G Corporation® Business Center.  

Before starting her companies, Smith served as division Chief Financial Officer for AT&T Broadband, Director of Technical Accounting for Pacific Telesis Group, Operations Controller for InterMedia Management, and Senior Auditor for Price Waterhouse. She is an author, former radio talk show host, and she serves on several private and non-profit boards of directors. In addition to starting her successful companies, one of Smith’s more notable professional accomplishments was helping raise $700 million in an initial public offering. 

Smith received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration-Accounting from California State University, [Hayward] East Bay.
